Interdisciplinary Science for Peace
A number of organizations have already been established to combine the study of neuroscience with peace education:

- The Collaborative for Academic, Social and Emotional Learning
Peaceful Pedagogy
In addition to collaboration between academic disciplines, such as psychology, cognitive science, and education, it will also be necessary for organizations to consider alternate belief systems within disciplines. Early childhood education programs, in particular, can be more flexible about modifying educational philosophies to meet the needs of specific children with disordered behavior.
To start, here is a list of strong, well-organized early childhood organizations with global reach. Each has already committed to work towards peace and inclusiveness in its mission statement:

In addition, although it does not refer specifically to peace education in its mission, the National Association for the Education of Young Children5 states that it supports activities that foster respectful interpersonal relationships.
